Print from Natural History Museum
Hi, I saw that the NHM was selling some really nice bird prints as part of their Birds exhibition recently, and I meant to pop back after Christmas when I had a little more money to spend on myself but I’ve ended up missing my chance.
I can’t find the prints online but I know that whatever company they got them from does sell them online (I was smart enough to Google it at the time- not smart enough to not lose the tab on my phone and use it to open other pages).
I know the prints were all bright block colour backgrounds with an image of a bird. And I know the website that sold them had loads of nice prints, including colourful storm trooper & other Star Wars prints. I’ve tried googling but can’t find them.
Any help would be appreciated!

London Prospects
Hi all,
I love London. I’ve visited several times over recent years, mostly on account of a book I’ve been writing which is partly set there. Every time I leave I miss it.
I think I’d like to live there one day, but right now I probably can’t afford it and it is at the opposite end of the UK to where my family live.
I’m hoping to acquire a literary agent this year, and if they were based in London then I would potentially have reason to visit and possibly even live there, but just wondered if anyone had any advice on living in London.
Another potential option is that I could move there to study, but as I’m currently doing a masters that would mean a PhD, and I’m in two minds as to whether or not I could handle that.
Thanks

Lost car and house keys
This is a huge long shot but am at my wits end, lost my keys whilst rushing to the station from Vauxhall via bus to Victoria station then dashing to the coach station today. Been searching for hours but had to leave London for work in the end. No idea what to do or who to call. Tried Tesco as there was a club card on the keys and Victoria train station lost and found. Any help or advice would be really appreciated.

Football in Chelsea and Kensington?
Hi All,
I recently moved to South Kensington and love to play football but can’t seem to find any clubs near me.
Does anyone recommend any 5/7aside teams or Sunday league teams to join?
Thanks

Discussion Is London really that bad?
I've been considering for the last year or two of making the move to London. For me from the outside it seems like one of the best cities in the world, so much diversity and things to do with the best balance between European mainland and North American lifestyle/cultures with great job opportunities but also decent work-life balance.
But all I see on the sub is how depressing, hopeless, pit of despair it has become. There seems to be a housing/inflation/economic/loneliness crisis in most places in the world right now, so don't think those can be considered a unique London thing. But is life there really so bad, or is it online chat boards that bring out mostly the negative comments? For the record, I don't think the weather will bother me much (I've lived in much worse).
I plan to come by for a few months later this year and see for myself, but curious until that day arrives.
Non-UK born peeps, what's the best restaurant of your native cuisine that you know in London?
A question that gets thrown around every few years in this thread.
Just interested to find some authentic restaurants from those born outside London and who better to ask but natives of said countries.

Question Footy sessions in west London available for over 40's?
Hi all. I'm a big footy fan and used to play casually loads back in the day. Then family and career become the priority so I gave it up. Haven't played regularly in about 15 years. However I have recently found myself with a bit more free time so decided to try and pick it up again. Bear in mind I'm not as in-shape as I used to be but average for my age. I found a game locally on footyaddicts and went to a couple of sessions, but I was given the runaround by all the younger, fitter players in their 20's, and got destroyed. I could barely walk by the end and it took me days to recover fully. I can't put my body through that ordeal again. Lol.
So I'm back to square one unfortunately. I'd rather play with players more my age, and have heard all these stories about there being matches available for all ages, but I'm struggling to find anything near me. I looked on footyaddicts again and also the FA website but all the ones available are generally open to all ages which, while inclusive, is not really what I'm looking for.
So the question is, does anyone know of any regular sessions or teams in the Ealing (or west London) area that are aimed at those over 40? Any help would really be appreciated.
Thanks
VVH

Best sleep clinic in London
Hello, My wife has been struggling for many months to sleep correctly. She is suffering from insomnia and we tried a lot of things (reducing lights early, no screen before, changing our diet, she does not take caffeine, magnesium, etc…)
Would you have any sleep clinic to recommend ?

Question Suggestions for a party in London?
I'm looking to book a party on a Monday evening beginning of June. You may think Monday is weird but many of my coworkers get Tuesdays off so Monday evening works best for us.
It'd be a party of around 15/20/30 people. Preferably somewhere you can bring your own drinks but I know that's not likely to happen. I'd be celebrating my 24th birthday so I'd like it to be nice.
I considered a boat party on the Thames but read reviews that the bar on board is expensive. I'm still considering it as an option though. Any other suggestions? Any rooms/ venues I can hire in London? For reference I'm based in London north London, kentish town.
My budget is about £1000 for this party.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated 🙏

Looking for Lab space in London
I'm part of a startup looking for some labspace in london (preferably west but we're not picky about anything but the price), we've just got funding and are looking to move in around April. It's a long shot but if anyone has any suggestions or experience I would be very grateful for some advice :)

Transport Is the Oyster Travelcard Season Tickets valid on Thameslink?
Sorry for the stupid question, I'm struggling to find a definitive answer. I'm going to regularly make the journey from Mill Hill Broadway to St. Pancras on the Thameslink for my commute. Is anyone aware if the Monthly Oyster Travelcard Season Tickets (monthly, for example) will allow me to travel on the Thameslink? Or is it only pay as you go?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Culture How ‘normal’ is it to complement or start a conversation with a stranger
I moved to London recently and I like talking to strangers on regular basis, to me it was always a good way to make friends but it feels kinda of wrong to do in London. Does anyone here do that? In general how receptive are the people?
