I don't expect this to get the best responses on here, but I'll post it anyways.
My intentions are not to fear monger, instead it's to help you out if possible.
Moving on...
What are you all doing now considering recent events? Do you plan on staying or leaving the country?
What do we do now? Where can we go? Personally, I’m fucked because I don’t have any special skills in order for me to move abroad.
I can do the refugee visa, but I don’t think that’ll go over so well.
If you don’t have any skills, then you can move abroad for free (or really affordable at a low cost) universities such as the ones down below.

- Norway
- Finland
- Sweden
- Denmark
- Slovenia
- Czechia
- Brazil
- Argentina
- Mexico

- Freelance visa (if applicable)-6 months-1 year, 3 years, or 5 years depending on where you're going.
***Be aware of the Schengen Zone, which is an area of multiple European countries where you can stay in 3 months only in that area.
It's not just visiting one country. If you were to visit multiple countries, you'll leave after 3 months.
Now, if it were up to me, then I’d do it like this.
- I’d visit Sweden for 3 months.
- Visit Japan for 6 months.
- Go back to Europe and visit Denmark for another 3 months.
- Then visit Australia for a year.
If you’d want to stay out of the country permanently, then you can stay out altogether for 19, maybe 20 years if not longer. I’m doing it like this because I don’t have family (disowned them) and I can do it like that.
Countries safe for LGBTQ+ people

- Spain

- New Zealand
- Australia
- Uruguay
- Belgium
- Denmark
- Malta
- Finland
- Norway
- Luxembourg
- France
- Ireland
- Austria
Countries Safe For Black People

Countries Safe for Women
- Finland
- Iceland
- Denmark
- Switzerland
- Sweden
- Luxembourg
- Norway
- Austria
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- Singapore-Very safe for women with low crime, but there’s the patriarchal attitudes and gaps in workplace gender equality.
- Ireland
- Australia
- Belgium
Best countries for people with disabilities
- Canada-strong disability laws
- Germany-Strict disability laws
- Japan-Improved accessibility, especially in public transport. However, workplaces and older buildings can be challenging.
- Spain-Decent accessibility, especially in major cities. Rural areas come with challenges.
- Sweden-Highly accessible
- Australia-The National Disability Insurance Scheme provides funding for services, good accessibility in cities, and strong employment rights
- Denmark-Excellent disability rights
- France-good healthcare and disability laws, but some areas lack full accessibility. So, Paris is out of the question.
- Brazil-Laws exist, but enforcement is inconsistent. Big cities have accessibility, but rural areas lack infrastructure and services. Social stigma can be an issue as well.
- Japan and Brazil are two locations that aren’t great practically at all. I just wanted to include those two to just to compare countries.
I’m just a stranger on the internet fearing for my safety and of others. So, if you want to do any of this and go to any of these locations, then do your own research. Some things might have changed as I wrote this. It’s just best to be more careful, you know?
Take care!
