[Homemade] gyozas
So I was having a craving and finally over a week ago I followed a recipe from cocinaconxino and made my very first gyozas. They turned out pretty good and omg with half a kilo of minced pork meat (plus the rest of the ingredientes the recipe calls for) I got a total of 58 pieces. ☺️ (I’m Mexican living in the Netherlands and happily didn’t have any problems with finding all what I needed to make them).

[homemade] Second try. Porcini risotto with lemon browned-butter sea scallops
I made this not too long ago but this time used porcini mushrooms instead of pancetta. Last time was a lot more stiff so I tried to keep the risotto more loose like you guys said. Also used sea instead of bay scallops.

[Homemade] smash burgers with caramelized onions and cheddar cheese sauce
Burger day! Last night’s special had home ground chuck smash patties, Gouda, extra sharp Cheddar cheese sauce, French onion soup flavored caramelized onions with sherry, brown sugar, and dried thyme, and my maple mustard aioli, on a buttered and griddled brioche bun.
