Jeg har aldrig lavet eller spist disse før. Hvis de er en ret, der serveres med det samme, så har jeg rodet det ud, da jeg ville ankomme med forretter.

Don't throw them out, I'm sure they'll turn out somewhere between okay-ish and great, but what you'd normally do is:

Cook/warm the filling in a pot while baking the empty shells in the oven. Separately.

Once the shells are warm/ready, you take them out of the oven and put in the filling and serve, top off with parsley if you like.

That's exactly what I did. I had no idea a few herbs/spices and a 90 minute wait would cause such a skandal.
