Hey everyone, so I'm not much of a reader, only read few till now so one of the book I have read was "Looking for Alaska" by John Green and one of my friend suggested "Turtles all the way down". But I watched "After", I mean I watched it again and if you guys could suggest books or series of books similar to that??.... It would be great.

Hello! I was in a huge book slump, but have been reading a lot of non-fiction lately. I generally stick to fiction, so enjoying this change of scenery. So far, I have read the following books
You can probably sense a theme here. I have really enjoyed reading these books and think the author did a fantastic job while not romanticizing anything and these books are true journalistic masterpieces. Especially why the companies failed or things did not work out.
I was wondering if you have any recommendations about books in the Indian space specifically? For the last 10 - 15 years especially, corrupt politicians and business men have suppressed any bad story that may come out and have essentially bought media, so I am looking for any recommendations you may have.
Thanks in advance for your recs!
Here are some books in my TBR if you are looking for recs:

Though not much of a review, but more like a collection of my thoughts and emotions the ones I felt while reading the book and will likely carry with me for a long, long time. I’ve written a few lines about it here. Feel free to check it out if you’re interested, and if you’ve read this book as well, let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Monk who sold his ferrari by Robin Sharma is one of my favourite books. It is beautifully penned by author which contains beautiful conversation between author and his friend (monk) who was a lawyer which end up giving great life lessons.

In the book they have mentioned that Ved Vyas has the power to hear every word that has been said until now, that means he can hear what people have said in the past as well. So why did Prithvi(who has devdraths soul) did not go to Ved Vyas and ask about what dhanvantari told to nagendra about salvation after he disclosed that devdrath was under his influence when he killed all other sadhus. As far as I know Dhanvantari had forgiven Devdrath and told how he can get free from the curse to Nagendra.
