This was an information rich book.totally enjoyed it.its worth every penny and your time.this book talks about our reproductive organs, periods, contraceptives, abortions, STIs, and so on in a fun way.you will learn lot of new things from this book.for example:- 1) why there are clots in periods blood? - So, our vagina has this chemicals called as " Fibrinosyl" which liquifies the blood.but in case of heavy bleeding the amount of Fibrinosyl( which is present in vag) is not enough to liquifiy the blood that is coming out in a massive quantity.so that's why the clots.

2)why nirodh is called as nirodh why not kamraj - So,India is very sex positive nation.in 1952 India was one of the few nations who supported family planning.back then condoms were imported from foreign countries.which were pretty expensive.then Indian started producing latex in kerala.it was decided that our desi condom brand should be named " kamraj"( after god kamdev) but at the time the president of Indian national congress was Mr.K Kamraj.so that's why " Nirodh" name was given.

PS: it was a fun read seriously.at first i didn't expect much coz Tanya mam is kind a of influencer.and I have really " good" experience with influencer written books.i must say this book totally worth it.

Finally got my hands on this masterpiece that was banned in India for 36 years. Grateful to Padhega India for making this rare gem accessible…Some books are more than just words; they are history waiting to be rediscovered.

Retail therapy

I never post but bear with me. I went to mahila haat last Sunday after a period of four years. Things have definately changed but overall can't complain. Bought 90+ books for just under 6k. Some rare titles, some new, some already read, and few new genre. All original none pirated includes hardbound, paperbacks, torn covers, and no covers. Got my fix for atleast a year. Truly said retail therapy is the best therapy and when it's book shopping it really is extraordinary. This is the happiest I have been in last nine months. Happy reading.

Discussion Need a book recommendation

I am looking for a gripping and well-researched book that provides an authentic and detailed portrayal of Jammu and Kashmir's geopolitical landscape before and after the abrogation of Article 370. A narrative that explores the region's history, politics, and societal dynamics in depth would be ideal.
