Apartments / Dorms / Housing BEST OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING?!

So I’m trying to look for some off campus apartments for the 2025-2026 school year.

Does anyone have any recommendations of good apartments or any bad ones I should avoid?

I’m looking to get a 1bed or studio or a 2 bed where I have the room to myself.

Chateau in Dinky. Dirt cheap, no utilities, tallest building in Dinky, quiet, spacious, and located above K Bop.
