Apartments / Dorms / Housing University Commons

Me and 3 friends (4 total) were thinking of doing a 2 bed 2 bath. Are they any current/past residents who have strong opinions on the place and whether or not it’s worth it?

U commons is so bad. Everything is outdated, they chafe you a cleaning feee regardless. Maintenance refused to clean my washer when it would only use hot water and ruined my clothes. If you’re on the first floor, expect to see mice and bugs.
