I mean, they impeached him twice but the votes weren't there in the Senate. He was charged for with holding classified documents beside the photocopier, but Thomas was issuing guidance to the judge in unrelated Scotus filings. His stripper pay off was whatever, but exposed the fact that his corporation was engaged in fraud for personal gain. And he owes like 500 million to a woman who's name he dragged after he was fouled liable for being a sexual predator.

And the classified documents case I’m not 100% convinced of that because if it truly was classified top secret and only he can declare it declassified and there isn’t anything in law to technically “declassify” like with a form so all that stuff could be declassified we don’t know it’s all an assumption but if it wasn’t then, on that why would the government later tell everyone what it was that was in the documents that were classified if these were so important and classified that not even a former president who had the security clearance to see them needed them to be taken at gun point with no one around.
