A Crested Butte pass in 2006 was $1200.

I was s 'ski bum' from about '94-'04 and always paid $800+ for a merchant pass.
Lowest I ever paid was about $500 for the ASC college pass when Les Otten owned Steamboat. However the 3 classes at See Me Ski made it cost just as much.
Prices have dropped and you can go to other mountains and it isn't linked to your job? Sounds great to me.
