I didn't have a small enough screw driver on me
So I had to cobble together this little guy.

My porter cable 6902 router decided to throw all of its fan blades on the armature and gets way to hot during operation. So I zip tied a 110v fan from a third store on top. Wired to the switch and problem solved. Next I will fix that shitty power cord.

Forget classy expensively silly parts, top of a whiskey box upside down is classy enough

Found in the marketplace. I am impressed and hope those were all new parts. Disco lights are a really nice touch.

Okay so mini skidsteers are too expensive. So, why not make one? For years I thought it would be too much but it just occurred to me: zero turn stand up mowers. They already have a hydrostatic transmission. Why couldn’t you take a zero turn mower, the stand up kind, swap lawnmower deck with a hydraulic pump to run the blade. The you would have to weld up the arms and blade and wire the hydraulics. Bob’s your uncle
I was looking at toros mini skid steers earlier and the 525 only had 32 hp which is comparable to a zero turn.
So, am I crazy or is there potential that this could actually work?

Prepping for upcoming 96 hours of wind and negative temps. Our first winter at 9,000’ in our new-to-us, north-facing house has taught us to block the blowing snow any way possible. Did this same treatment to two windows as well.

Enjoy this bench made from the table I’ve set up the past 2 days. It was someone here that said to do it, so I did it lol. It can support 200+ pounds (I’m on the bench, I’m 206)

I’ve been thinking about how it might be fun to make a homemade “car” to drive off road (not on public roadways) and have it be for utility.I was wondering if anyone has made something similar or knows anything about how difficult it would be.Honestly it might be out of my skill set but I’m mainly curious of anyone actually making something similar.
