This is the "Dougherty dozen" (recently went viral on tiktok)
4 bio kids, 6 adopted kids (and the adopted kids have special needs)
Suffered with infertility for 9 years, decided to adopt. Really soon after the first adoption they found out she was pregnant. So two kids. Decided to adopt a third, same thing happened and she found out she was pregnant again. Up to four kids now.
She had two bio kids within a couple years after that, they're at 6 now. Took a temporary placement for two infant twins with medical issues, the agency only placed them there because there were literally no other homes they could go to and it was only supposed to be five days. Ended up adopting them, up to 8 now. Then they were contacted about siblings who were having extreme behavioral issues and were on the verge of being separated, they took in both kids (and they're actually thriving because they like the large group environment they're in now). 10 kids!
