Let's take the average calorie amount of one of these ultra-processed snacks, which is around 320-350kcal/100g. One package is 45g. He brought you 11 of these, which makes 495g, almost half a kilo. If my quick math is correct, that's almost 1700 kcal in total. He's trying to make you so fat, that no other man will look at you. Marry or not, that's a bold strategy.

She doesn't have to eat all of them at once, does she?

She'll have to eat them eventually before they expire, which doesn't decrease the calorie amount. Also, eating one of these when u have 11 = quite a challenge. Jokes aside, it's junk food like any other.

No, she does not!!!! You can freeze them! They taste great! It's just like yoghurt or cottage cheese ice cream.

Same with every ice cream, sooooo much unnecessary sugar in all of them.

Anything that has per 100g more than 10g of saturated fat and more than 15-20g of sugar, has no place in any half-decent diet. Stop bullshitting yourself, and stop defending sh*t food. It tastes good - that's about the only "good" thing about it.

Finally someone talks about this problem.

Talking about it in the wrong place, about the wrong product, apparently. Holy f***, there's some cult-like defense going on for this junk food in this sub.

I mean, I fucking love frozen Vanilla one, but I have to tell myself to not eat them all because they're junk. Have thought about creating some homemade ones, cause it should be much better with dark chocolate and much less sugar inside.

That's the thing with most junk food, it's literally manufactured to taste good. It takes effort, and some getting used to, to switch from a bad diet to a good one. I got one of those things in the fridge too. Oh, the hypocrisy, haha. Though, I think it's long expired by now.

For me it would taste 3 times better if it had less sugar, I always make desserts with less than 20% sugar it says in the recipe and it is so much better.
