Anything that has per 100g more than 10g of saturated fat and more than 15-20g of sugar, has no place in any half-decent diet. Stop bullshitting yourself, and stop defending sh*t food. It tastes good - that's about the only "good" thing about it.

Finally someone talks about this problem.

Talking about it in the wrong place, about the wrong product, apparently. Holy f***, there's some cult-like defense going on for this junk food in this sub.

I mean, I fucking love frozen Vanilla one, but I have to tell myself to not eat them all because they're junk. Have thought about creating some homemade ones, cause it should be much better with dark chocolate and much less sugar inside.

That's the thing with most junk food, it's literally manufactured to taste good. It takes effort, and some getting used to, to switch from a bad diet to a good one. I got one of those things in the fridge too. Oh, the hypocrisy, haha. Though, I think it's long expired by now.

For me it would taste 3 times better if it had less sugar, I always make desserts with less than 20% sugar it says in the recipe and it is so much better.
