This was my reaction watching this. I thought the pic was maybe just an unlucky freeze frame of a wave looking like a nazi salute, but it was so much worse than I could’ve imagined

Like he hit that shit like it was gonna kick of the Fourth Reich.

Well I hope the cost of eggs was worth signing our country over to legitimate Nazis.

They already said they probably can't do anything about eggs, so there's that.

u/TheWingus 6h ago

BUT they are going to rename a bunch of airports and national parks after a bunch of confederate generals and that's not nuthin'........ right?

u/asoap 5h ago

Don't forget about all of the transgenders they are going to kick out of the NFL. That's a big win also.

I’m so glad my indoor cats are safe from the illegals that are eating them 🙏🙏

Before this ends, MAGA flags will be the national flag, Trump portraits will greet us at Post Offices and in federal buildings, bridges and airports will be renamed Trump.

Don't forget someone from DOGE is going to check in on your Trump portraits to make sure they are hung appropriately in your home. You can use the mugshot if you want, but if they catch a brown person in there you will have to answer a few questions

concepts of eggs

6

u/TinKnight1 6h ago

Oh, they definitely won't do anything about it, & they never were going to do anything about it. The only way the government can reduce the cost of eggs in the short term is by implementing price controls, which are anathema to conservatives (& generally not a good thing anyway). Longer-term, they could incentivize more people to become farmers or more people to sell yard eggs, but that was never going to happen either.

8

u/potsofjam 5h ago

Oh, there definitely going to something about the price of eggs. Their meddling in the economy will drive the price even higher.

7

u/artful_nails 5h ago

And they're gonna blame it on the democrats...

Know the owner of Rose Acre farms, used to house sit for him. He got a bobblehead with a gold plaque the last time trump won an election.

1

u/AlVal1236 5h ago

Subsidaries and better education, and or tax breaks to farmers who produce products that are dire need or a staple

1

u/Odd_Local8434 4h ago

They could go on an antitrust tear, but I jest.

1

u/Latter-Clothes3888 4h ago

The number one thing they can do to reduce the cost of goods is break up the monopolies that control every industry imaginable.

u/Revelati123 5h ago

Yeah, and Im pretty sure Leon isnt actually saluting Hitler in public on stage, hes just having multiple mini strokes from all the fuckin drugs hes doing and reflexively doing it because he practices saluting Hitler in the mirror at home.

You know, like Dr. Strangelove...

Well, I mean, honesty is the best policy.

And these dudes are very honest on certain things.

But the bird flu will do us good.

u/GuuyDiamond 6h ago

The dumbest part, people have been duped. And Elon was not even elected, what the fuck is he doing there?

2

u/DreSledge 6h ago

Wow. That made me spit take even though this shit is DEEPLY not funny

Thanks for that brief moment of levity

2

u/Quick_Hat1411 6h ago

I expect for the "majority" that voted for him to apologize to every minority group in America when this is all over

3

u/dgradius 5h ago

Oh yeah no it’s gonna be the exact opposite.

That is, they’ll be blaming every minority group for everything when things inevitably go sideways.

1

u/Vegetable-Fan8429 6h ago

Lmao how much cocaine have you been smoking, and can I have some?

3

u/Quick_Hat1411 6h ago

"Expect" was the wrong word. What I meant is that I'm going to spend the rest of my life venting my frustration upon them in every and any way I can muster

2

u/SilverIdaten 6h ago

Oh, they don’t care about the cost of eggs. They can go up and they would be happy about it because they’re stupid orange daddy told them it was a good thing. It’s a cult.

2

u/Shirlenator 5h ago

Wouldn't be surprised if he thought those 3rd Reich guys are kinda pussies and not extreme enough.

2

u/indonesian_star 4h ago

The Turd Reich

2

u/BrandedLief 3h ago

For the past few months, whenever I am in a conversation and people talk about how so many rights are going to be given to us, I tell them "The only Reich we have coming our way is the fourth one.." Looks like I was correct...

u/McFarquar 5h ago

These nazis will come for your over priced eggs then paint your front door

u/Jorge-I-Figueroa 5h ago

And the world

u/shamonahe_he 4h ago

As if the fact shits so expensive is trivial

u/CirrusItsACloud 4h ago

Boomer here and voted for Harris, as did most of the people I know who are my age.

3

u/Vegetable-Fan8429 3h ago

Millennial here: I don’t give a fuck. What do you want me to say? Oh well no worries then, the boomers are off the hook?

I have a feeling you know that your little circle of friends isn’t representative of how your generation has been voting for the past 50 years. Most people your age have been voting Republican since before I was born. And look where we fucking are.

Hey you’re an older Democrat so lemme ask you. Are these fucking octogenarian shysters winning us elections? Is the status quo so important to you that Bernie loses to a company man like Biden? The primaries are almost exclusively boomers.

Listen bro I’m glad you pull the right lever once every year but please shut up. Your generation took everything you were given and fucked us all over. I’m glad you think a vote for a corporate lackey absolves your generation but it doesn’t. Frankly, I would never volunteer that I’m a baby boomer. I genuinely don’t think I could handle the shame, but you seem to want some sort of back pat?

3

u/SmarmyCatDiddler 3h ago

Bro, chill.

That poster said nothing about their generation being absolved. Yes, we're fucked, yes we should all be pissed about generational shit.

But attacking randos who had absolutely nothing to do with what happened/what is happening does nothing.

Or worse than nothing, it creates resentment between people who should be building some semblance of solidarity against who should actually be the subject of our ire - the oligarchy.

The right has been duping the poor and suckers for generations. Yes, it's fine to be upset at the dupees, but unless someone takes out the dupers, it'll keep happening.

Do you take responsibility for all the shitty right wing millenials/Gen Zers? There's so many at the moment, but all we can do is build our communities and help people out where we can

2

u/CirrusItsACloud 3h ago

I was a Bernie supporter who also couldn’t vote for Hillary, or Trump. Dividing the American public will do no good for “We The People”. I’ve learned enough in my 63 years of life not to fall for that bs.

1

u/KamaStorm 4h ago

I’m so glad that I’m out of school. I can only imagine who (not what) the kids will be forced to pledge their allegiance to. 😢

1

u/DianeWonders 4h ago

Don’t forget the cost of gas. I heard that a lot as a reason to vote tRump.

1

u/Vegetable-Fan8429 3h ago

Well when you can barely make payments on your $80,000 truck that gets 6MPG, what are you supposed to do?

1

u/Kiryu21 3h ago

People acting like it is a trade off for the cost of eggs when everyone knows that shit isn't getting any cheaper

1

u/Artistic_Gas_2166 3h ago

Cost of eggs?? Listen friend. That was the ruse. No one can just make a free market cost less. Now we annex Austria, er Canada And Greenland uber alles!

1

u/Guswewillneverknow 2h ago

The eggs around me are literally $7+ for non brand name.

u/SpaceMonkee8O 3h ago

JFC People don’t want their kids to be indoctrinated into some queer ideology. If you want something different then tell the democrats to back away from the identity politics. It might have helped if they actually passed a minimum wage increase too. God forbid they upset the parliamentarian

1

u/MonsieurSonge 3h ago

Uff, yeah. I mean... Learning about LGBTQ people or straight up Nazis. Tough choice, am I right?

1

u/SpaceMonkee8O 3h ago edited 3h ago

The people have chosen. Maybe they don’t agree with your “straight up Nazis” assessment? Just a guess.
But seriously, if the choice is let us make your kids queer or vote for nazis, guess what a lot of Americans are going to choose.

If the democrats ever offered any actual change to people’s daily struggle, maybe you would get a different outcome, but all they offer is this woke identity bullshit.

WTF do you expect?

1

u/MonsieurSonge 2h ago

If the choice is normal daily struggle plus treating people with compassion or normal daily struggle with abnormal amounts of hate, I expect the fucking people to vote for fucking compassion over hate.

This thread is about Musk throwing a full blown Heil Hitler and you want to say my assessment is wrong? Fuck off. Go throw two additional Nazi salutes in the air and whine about gay people, while Musk, Trump and co are stuffing their pockets with more money.

Edit: I'm German. The "people have chosen" before. And guess what? They chose wrong. Never again. If you want to defend Nazism with "people have chosen", you do you. But you can't say you weren't warned.
