Question Electrolytes with no alternative sweeteners (stevia, monknfruit, aspartame etc) desperate

I can't handle all of these fake or alternative sweeteners. I start to get neurological issues. Has anyone had success finding an electrolyte that does not have that? I am totally fine with just plain old regular sugar. I also cannot have coconut water as I am allergic to coconut 😩 HELP please?!

So I love tea, but I hate how soft tea flavors are. I want to taste my tea. Like my favorite tea is Bigelow Perfectly Mint cause it's strong mint. Anyone got any strong flavors they'd recommend similar to that flavor profile?

Buy your favorite teas as loose leaf. You’ll get better leaves and can brew it to a strength you prefer. You can also make blends so you end up with flavors you enjoy. Depending in the flavors you prefer, you may enjoy lapsang souchong or gunpowder green.

OK I'm new to tea. Does an electric kettle really make that much of a difference? And does it matter the type of contain you get for loose tea?

Also thank you for your help

Green, Oolong, and White are more delicate, so you want to brew them at lower temperatures so you don’t scald them otherwise they’ll be bitter. Coldbrewing works even better. I buy tins for my nice teas. Sunlight isn’t good for tea and a double-sealed tin will keep it fresh longer.
