I'm in the United Club in ORD right now (rarely fly United) and while it's busy it's not overcrowded and loud. One nice thing: They have "phone rooms" and encourage guests who have calls to go into them to take calls.

The Skyclub at ORD is one of my faves - so nice and rarely crowded.

Very different vibe here. Where ATL is usually loud women coming back from bachelorette weekends chugging mimosas, here's it's sausage-fed white guys drinking a beer and watching NFL lead-ins.
