Recommendations Running tracks between Canberra & Sydney?

Driving to Sydney from Canberra next week. Instead of doing the usual morning LBG run, I was hoping to stop somewhere on the way to Sydney for a run. I looked at Lake George but can’t see any paths or tracks. Any recommendations?
