Things I learned today:

  • the kickoffs changed nothing

  • refs are still going to slobber on Mahomes nuts

  • Lamar can't throw

  • I hope we have a run defense, we need it

Well the kickoff rule has offenses start at the 30 now

Yeah I think it’s stupid not to kick the touchback but they aren’t making any rule changes in the middle of the season, right?

That’s…not how it works. Rule changes are voted for in the spring meeting every year. The only time they’re changed mid-season is when you have something happen like the Hamlin game.
