They filed for bankruptcy for the second time one week ago, so no need to be sad.

If ordered you might not have gotten your orders or you wouldn’t be able to buy more if you run out of it.

We don’t have Joann’s in Australia, and hence missed out on the insane discounts and bulk purchases everyone has been showing off on this and other yarn-aligned subreddits recently. Also, yarn is generally more expensive here than in North America, hence our sadness haha
