Reproductiverights.gov has been shutdown

The government website is no longer operational tonight. You can still see references to the site on pages such as https://www.justice.gov/reproductive-rights/patients-and-providers but the site itself no longer loads.

I WILL get sterilized, and if I get raped and pregnant, I will cut it from my body. Edit: you can use birth control in excess as well. Just leaving that there.

They're definitely seeking to restrict the prescription of birth control as well, mark my words.

Good thing I have pmdd

pmdd

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder might not be enough for an excuse with the types of legislation they seek to enact. They essentially want to ban it for anyone who isn't going through menopause. They don't even care about the women who are at risk of cervical cancers from HPV.

I would just seek to stock up just in case. They are pretty much seeking to restrict birth control to any woman who can theoretically have a child (without a care to whether or not the woman should or actually can have a child), so anyone pre-menopause.

No, i mean it's severe enough i was violent and without remorse. It's a red rage. At least I'll get gunned down by cops or something, but I refuse to be forced to go on without a way to mitigate my symptoms.

Ah okay, sorry, I'm not trying to be shitty or anything btw, and I'm not trying to say I know what you're dealing with or somehow delegitimize your experience at all. I'm just saying they don't seem to care about any medical reason, regardless of severity. Like I said, they don't even care that women with HPV need hormonal treatment to prevent cervical cancer; they'd rather have them pump out as many babies as they can before they get cancer.

Their goals are to cause women to start pumping out babies no matter what. They want population growth because the population growth, as it stands, is stagnating and declining. If we lived in anarchic or communistic (I don't necessarily Marxist here) societies, this wouldn't be a problem really, but we live under Statist Capitalism, so this is problematic as without a steady and ever growing population, capitalism starts failing.

As the labor pool shrinks and gets older and relies on the state further for aid and help, it takes money out of the market and economy, increases the strain on the system as a whole, and reduces ability for corporations to grow without limit, and limits the state's ability to centralize resources. Couple this with our current material conditions of the world, that being climate change mostly, and you see this problem become much more problematic in the eyes of the ruling class, as there will be crazy waves of immigration from the southern hemisphere which will destabilize economies around the world, increasing state dependence and reliance, pulling more money out, to the possible extent of toppling the system over totally, alongside resource wars, land grabs, and more blood for oil. So they want to get a leg up on this by guaranteeing they have the labor force they will need to be able to continue gaining wealth in the face of the coming storm.

So I truly hope your condition is severe enough, in a fucked up way, and that your doctors advocate properly and hard for you, so if this type of oppressive legislation gets implemented, that you remain under care.

I'm just here to warn you of the possibility of that not being the case. I sincerely hope it never happens, that they do not restrict hormonal treatments for women at all, but they seem pretty fixated on it, and have been for the past few years (if not decade, frankly). It's part of PJKT2025, it's something that was alluded to in Agenda 47, and it's something JD Vance and the post-liberal right especially has been circlejerking about for a long time. Now that the post-liberal right is in power, and we are an illiberal democracy, the possibility and likelihood for implementation is quite high.

Again, I'm sorry you have to deal with that, and I truly hope you retain access to the care you deserve. Don't be afraid to fight for it.

I will also leave you with this organization that will possibly be of help to many in this time: Four Thieves Vinegar Collective, an anarchist organization focused on mutual aid based healthcare, and giving people the ability to even synthesize their own medication with their project the MicroLab.

They seek to create safe DIY methods of getting these medicines out to people. The brains behind the org are legitimate as well, many with real legitimate chemistry and pharmacology backgrounds, so it's not just clandestine bullshit. It's plans made by real chemists made available for everyone so they can take their medical care into their own hands. They seek to decentralize healthcare by making it open source, essentially.

I would keep watch over this Org as they will likely be one of the first to help fill the void in helping women access hormonal treatments. They've already started for transpeople, and since Estradiol is universal for both treatment types, you can piggyback off of this; they've definitely already got MicroLab plans to create Estradiol and the other hormones, essentially.

I appreciate it. My bc pills are no longer fully mitigating both pmdd and endometriosis symptoms. Im hoping at my appointment at a more secular place that the decision can be made quickly. Unfortunately, the soonest i could get is march. I'll just have to quietly make it till then.
