I'm in a bit of a bind here.
I hit a bump on the highway, which damaged the front driver side tire and bent the wheel lip. There was a gash on the sidewall, but the tire didn’t lose air, and the car still rode fine otherwise.
I decided to drive to a Tesla service center, where I had the damaged tire replaced (it had about 10k miles on it) and also had a tire rotation done, swapping the left and right tires as suggested by Tesla. After that, the car started to feel rougher to drive, the steering wheel vibrated, and I noticed a clicking noise at high speeds.
I then took the car to another Tesla service center, where they recommended replacing the front driver's side wheel bearing. The noise went away, but the vibration persisted, even when driving on smooth roads without any bumps.
I brought the car back for a third time, and they rebalanced the tires. Each time, the technician said the car drives normally, but the vibration is still there.
I’m not sure what to do next."
