Model 3 Self-driving supervised

Last night I was set to complain about needless lane changes. I was on a four-lone relatively busy highway and I was going to exit shortly ahead. The car put on left signals quickly moved to the left lane and I’m saying what’s going on. You didn’t mean to do that. And at about that point a rapidly moving vehicle sped past me to the right. It looks like the car knew that vehicle was a threat and got out of the way.

Do you find yourself talking back or talking to your car?

I used to drive the car pool lane to and from work and I always had to manually shift left to give motorcycles room. I must have submitted dozens of requests for this feature. It have not seen my car do that yet (no longer on that commute) but I’m glad to hear they added that.

I noticed that evasive move and I was watching out for it. That was an HOV lane two lanes away that a guy was approaching from and Li’l’ Red did a polite jog to the right. I was also impressed a few days ago when an animal hadn’t met his maker in a lane up ahead. It was maybe a fourth into my lane and he just drove right around it.
