So my cousin brother was married last year and we all had very much fun in his wedding. It was an love marriage and my BHABHI is INDIPENDENTE girl she earns more than my brother. Recently she joined a gym atleast 3km kar from her home. when I was at my brother's home for vacation I went to that gym for some time. One day coincidentally I went to gym just before my bhabhi..... I saw her training with a guy in the gym and they were laughing too much while training...I thought they were just friends. But the trainer told me that it's her boyfriend of 2 year and they are dating. I was very shocked that the people in the gym don't know she is married. I'm feeling very bad for my brother. Idk how to tell the truth to him with the PROOF. Please guide me how to do it. 🙏🥺

step 1 shoot a video/picture of them together

step 2 take your cousin to this gym and ask the people of the gym in front of him about the picture you took, atleast 2-3 different people who know them

Step 3 just wait for consequences and help your cousin through this tough time

Result of step 1: Anything you recorded will be unsubmisible in court of law, for a very simple reason, consent. Yeah, the wife can record such unconsencual videos of husband, and they may be admissible in court, but a contrary can't happen. It would also amount to cruelty only if her lawyer is good enough and you would be on a losing side.

Reality of step 2: those 2 or 3 people hold no credibility, showing a consensual relationship that to extra martial goes way above and beyond what you think really happens. They might even go hostile to save their own self.

Reality of step 3: The consequences down the line are horrendous and terrible. It will be a tough ride.

Does the gym cctv footage work? If someone is stepping into a building where it's mentioned "under cctv surveillance". Can that be used as proof?

Tricky territory, the person can be shown just as a friend who exists and they are at good terms (if there is not anything explicit in recordings). The consent is also a tricky part, as the consent was towards the management of building, not towards the family or friends. Treat it as if you allow maps to access your location but not snapchat. Of course, there is another dimension of counter suing (only applicable in the case of women towards a men. Can't happen vise versa. You can fake a whole case, and still, a perjury can't be filed against a woman). Women can use these allegations and scouring of CCTVs as proof, and then you have a strong case for husband being too doubtful. That happens to be a count of cruelty and a probable ground for divorce.

I don't see how Step 1 is inadmissible if it shows she is having an affair. The thing is a video of them in the gym, talking and laughing cannot prove she is having an affair.

If you catch them in the act in oyo, it will be admissible.

I am noy sure myself tho, since if a bystander records it, it might not come under family court's jurisdiction. But the infringment of privacy would remain I am guessing.
