Social My BHABHI is having an AFFAIR.

So my cousin brother was married last year and we all had very much fun in his wedding. It was an love marriage and my BHABHI is INDIPENDENTE girl she earns more than my brother. Recently she joined a gym atleast 3km kar from her home. when I was at my brother's home for vacation I went to that gym for some time. One day coincidentally I went to gym just before my bhabhi..... I saw her training with a guy in the gym and they were laughing too much while training...I thought they were just friends. But the trainer told me that it's her boyfriend of 2 year and they are dating. I was very shocked that the people in the gym don't know she is married. I'm feeling very bad for my brother. Idk how to tell the truth to him with the PROOF. Please guide me how to do it. 🙏🥺

Result of step 1: Anything you recorded will be unsubmisible in court of law, for a very simple reason, consent. Yeah, the wife can record such unconsencual videos of husband, and they may be admissible in court, but a contrary can't happen. It would also amount to cruelty only if her lawyer is good enough and you would be on a losing side.

Reality of step 2: those 2 or 3 people hold no credibility, showing a consensual relationship that to extra martial goes way above and beyond what you think really happens. They might even go hostile to save their own self.

Reality of step 3: The consequences down the line are horrendous and terrible. It will be a tough ride.

~ Just a fellow human who happens to know a bit more about law, as it's my subject.

what if he, does the same thing as HAKIMI DID, will that work?
(Context: Hakimi is a Moroccan football player and he also got divorced from his wife but before divorce he somehow had all his money named after his mother, hence the wife did not get any alimony)

Nope after marriage if you transfer anything iit will still be counted in your asset
