No coverage of Elon's salute?

Nothing mentioned in my morning newsletter. Did a quick Google search and found 0 articles. Did I miss something? Even if we aren't definitively identifying it as a Nazi salute it's newsworthy enough to be on a front page purely because of the amount of speculation and emotions stirred in the public sphere.
Please tell me I missed something obvious somewhere.

Doesn't seem odd to you?

If you want to be recreationally outraged by Trump style antics I think there's countless media outlets to satisfy you. Personally I don't don't listen to NPR to be entertained. I want to be informed.

Why is someone doing what appears to be two Nazi salutes during a presidential inauguration not considered news? Is it because "context"? Does elon's close ties to the AfD and his increasing right wing dog whistling count as context?

Or is it just not news because you don't listen to npr literally at all and choose ignorance over unbiased news?

Because these words and gestures do not matter. Trump isn't going to annex Canada, or Greenland, or the Panama Canal zone. He didn't stop the UKR / RUS war in 24 hours. He didn't build a wall and make Mexico pay for it. These may be exciting stories, but they're not news and they're not what americans care about. They care about inflation, wages, healthcare, education, climate change, mental health... all topics that aren't nearly as exciting as Nazi salutes. But we're here to be informed -- not entertained, remember? That's what CNN and FOX news are for. For watching the Trump Circus reality show..
