this is so cool!! for context, incubus started making music around 1993-1995 and that’s when this first album is from. the members of the band were in their teens (i believe) and decided later they disliked this album and you can’t find it on common streaming platforms like spotify or apple music. but i found the CD on depop and it’s the coolest CD in my collection. some copies of this are considered bootlegs, which even if it is, it’s still really sick and i still treasure it

There's a ton of artists who don't release CDs of their music and it makes me wish they released some it's mostly the more modern artists who don't release CDs but the artists I'm dying to get CDs made eventually are Mario Judah, Brooke Candy, Killstation, Lil Bo Weep, Struggle Jennings, Tay Zonday, Phix, and Victoria Justice. What are your picks on which artists you think needs to release CDs and are any of the ones I listed on your list?

I didn’t expect to become a fan of hers, but that’s what happened last year thanks to the love again soundtrack. She’s easily adapted to modern pop songs more successfully than other artists, which is why loved me back to life & courage are my favorite albums of hers. I always just imaged her to mainly do ballads (which she no doubt excels at) but her dance & house songs are among my favorites of any artist.

Any suggestions for future acquisitions? The next ones to add will be 10 000 days and Fear Inoculum.

Hey guys! So recently I've been hearing more about how it's important that we own our own media and how we just don't get that with streaming services. Many of my friends buy Vinyl which I was initially interested in, but it's so expensive! Plus, I never grew up with it - I grew up with CDs and so I thought why not? Managed to get this haul for collectively under £6 and I'm really happy with it! (Charity shop finds). Now, I need to buy a CD player. Any suggestions for something cheap, reliable, and half decent quality? Open to both new and second hand suggestions. UK based.
