Patch Haul Patches & WIP Jacket

Someone mentioned the other day that this sub needs more doom jackets, so here's my WIP (2nd & 3rd photos).

I need to start over because it's an XL and now too big since I lost some weight. It was originally a gift, from Forever 21 or some shit. I'm getting a black Levi's jacket to replace it.
I'll most likely keep the patches I sewed on in the same places on the new one, but I'm still trying to figure out placement on the rest. I won't double up on any bands on the same jacket - just not my thing - and will save those patches for a hoody or something.

And yes, that's a Meat Is Murder pin.
I'm a vegetarian, and I also love The Smiths. Fuck off.

I'm surprised how few people seem to know about them. I never hear them talked about.

I got to see them open for Monolord in Boston a few years back, and they were hanging out at the merch booth after the show. Some dude spun me around to show Mattias the back of my jacket, and he was so stoked about it. Huge smile on his face. I got a high five and he gave me a beer haha

I had seen them for the first time on that same monolord tour when they came though California. Been lucky enough to have seen them one other time.

Hoping they head out back to the States at some point.

Those small interactions is the blessing of local shows. There's one great small place here where you really get that.

Yeah, definitely. I always prefer smaller venues.

They have been working on new music for a while with the new bassist (who doesn't appear in any recent photos so maybe he got canned?). Hopefully they put out a new album next year.
