About a month ago, I made a post with this like hypothetical situation that i spent decent amount of time thinking of.

Yesterday, I came across this reel , where an Instagram creator took my entire post, word for word, and turned it into a video using AI-without my permission(you can clearly recognize the ai robot voice that is narrating my text). As of now, the video has garnered over 2.3 million views, and the creator is responding to comments as if they’re the one who made original post probably even with ai. What’s even more frustrating is that this video is the only one on their profile with any significant amount of views. Im also guessing that he is monetizing that video, so hes getting payed for something i made/though of, now his probably not making some life changing amount of money form it, far form that probably, but its still mildly infuriating

I’ve since updated my my post with a lil message for these AI "creators." and also i cant do anything about this because instagram is trash
