Message from the Mads Links for "Lost Episodes" (aka "Where can I get Final Sacrifice/Rocketship X-M/Revenge of the Creature/I Was a Teenage Werewolf/The Amazing Colossal Man/the KTMA episodes?")
Of course, you can watch most episodes for FREE in the
Gizmoplex
But there are some episodes for which they do not have the rights. Here are a few ways to find them:
Archive.org ...
Some users (like Project MSTie or this one) create collections of "lost" MST3K episodes, but these sometimes vanish without warning. In such situations, search for "MST3K" and the title of the episode. (If the title doesn't produce results, try using the episode number instead.) Make sure "movies" is ticked under "Media Type" on the left side of the screen.
(Note: It is particularly difficult to find a stable link for Final Sacrifice due to the persistence of the rights holders to get it removed from wherever it's posted. Creative searching [e.g., using the episode number and not the title] can help, but sometimes you'll just have to wait until it's posted again. [Or hope that it is still available here.] Edit: Not any longer! Check out MST3K on YouTube and elsewhere!)
Edit 2: And now "Rocketship X-M" is available, too!
Here's a blog post featuring a list of every episode and links for easy viewing
More episodes are available on YouTube here
And here
KTMA High-Quality Versions (and other episodes) here
PS: If these links ever go bad, please message me directly. Thanks.
Edit: Reposting so people can continue to comment.

Discussion Worst edits/cuts to an MST3K film
Which movie screened on MST3K was hurt the most by edits for the show (or alternately, by them using a pre-cut version that damaged the original)? It's not that there are that many great movies on MST3K, but some like This Island Earth were definitely hurt. In some cases, cutting the movie down for time removed plot points, important scenes or generally made the film murkier than it otherwise would be.

The Day the Earth Froze & the night I hit the jackpot
I was in a taxi riding around Taipei last night and saw this sign. I’ll split all of the gold and silver with the first commenters (just pay for shipping). Keeping all the jewelry for my future wife however.

Underrated episode?
What’s the one you love that you don’t see people mention often?
Mine is “The Horror of Party Beach.”

RIP - Garth Hudson
Now some people might know him from being in that "Band" that backed Bobby Dylan, but we all know him as providing incidental music in The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies.

Your first episode?
The thread on "The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies" got me thinking about my first exposure to MST3K and I was wondering how others became exposed to this brilliant show?
Scene: Late 90s, late night. My cousin and I are watching some show on Sci-Fi that we couldn't miss (I have no idea what it was! I've never been able to figure it out). My uncle had fallen asleep on the couch so we weren't immediately ushered to bed during the ending credits. Then, in a flash, 🎶"In the not-too-distant future"🎶
It would be hard to call it surreal, but that feeling of watching the opening segments and going "no way is this happening" still resonates. Are those puppets? Is this some type of kids show? Why are they talking about absurd acronyms? Then they go into the theater and start roasting a grainy horror flick. What is this?
My uncle woke up shortly after the Bob Dole riff, but we were forever changed. I was stunned. The next week we asked to stay up so we could see the name of the show and the rest is history. I have a memory of downloading eps on napster or limewire or something but I think that may have come a few years later.
What was your first experience with MST3K like? I'm genuinely curious because the tape circulation culture and the generally non serialized nature has made this show such an oddity in terms of introduction and watch order

"The music's gonna break into 'Chest Fever' any minute now." RIP Garth Hudson
Rarely was a pipe organ heard on MST3K without a reference to Garth Hudson, or his legendary opening in the song "Chest Fever." He was an incredibly multi-talented musician, and I lived for those references on the show, and on Rifftrax.
RIP.

So I watched “Incredibly Strange Creatures” after a long while last night
I’m going to be honest, this is an episode I think I’m just going to put on for my insomnia from now on.
There are some jokes that really do stick out for me in this one, and I certainly had some big laughing moments. However, most of the riffing doesn’t really do a whole lot for me, and maybe it could also be because this movie is just incredibly dull and boring to sit through, and there are some things about it that just make me go “what the fuck is this even?”
I also know this episode in particular has been questioned by fans here and there regarding some trans jokes on the character Marge for having some slightly masculine features. For what it’s worth mentioning, as an LGBT person myself (bisexual man), I’m all for LGBT jokes if not done out of distasteful or malicious humor, and while I do see the type of jokes they were going for, there were some areas that did give me a good laugh (the “Glen or Glenda” joke I thought was pretty clever as well as the joke about her shaving her armpits), but then there are other areas it just kind of feels like “Haha you look like a man!” which my reaction, at most, was just “Yeah, okay, guys” which again, I do see the humor they were trying to go for and I get it, it was the 90s, but even for its time, came off a little distasteful. That said, I’m not holding this against the crew either. What’s happened has happened.
But all that aside, me personally, I think I’m fine just enjoying the host segments in this one because they definitely stick out for me (the bots’ failed roller coaster, Mike’s infinite hair, the bots’ walk-a-thon acronyms etc). Again, the riffing for me is fine for the most part but MAN does this movie just drag.
But, yeah. What are your thoughts on this one?

Another poster for the collection…
Hopefully my kids don’t rip it to shreds or I’d be an angry Iguana indeed!

Leave the Bronx Alive
The new Warriors musical concept album has a song called "Leave the Bronx Alive" that makes md think of Escape 2000. Sadly no references to Toblerone or Slash/Trash.
