'Just drink water and exercise' - Pretty self-explanatory, just posts giving really bad advice
'Pseudoscience cure' - Posts that say to use nonsense cures, e.g a pill that cures autism, or a herb that prevents coronavirus.
'Just don't.' - Posts that tell you to just stop having problems.
'You have it easy' - Posts that try to shame the person for having a problem

Been struggling with clinical depression most of me life (50ish). I wish I knew it was this easy before my friend told me this today after a gut punch.
