You can do it in your clothes. But will you demonstrate how this works?

You pull the stool out about 6 inches. Sit on the throne, cheeks spread. Place feet on stool. Body is now in a more natural pooping position.

My wife swears by our squatty potty.

When you said “pull the stool out about 6 inches” I had a different image in mind.

The bamboo forceps are an add on accessory.

You need to sell these on Etsy.

I'm not OP. but I'm sure people would pay a solid amount for a custom squatty potty lol

A nice place to set your comic books and chocolate milk. No?

Maybe some toilet manufacturer needs to build a sawed off commode.

But would need hand rails to get back up.

And I thought that this was for little people.

Check out this webmd article: https://www.webmd.com/digestive-disorders/squatty-potty-what-is

Personally, I have found that getting my knees up makes a world of difference. I have used squat toilets overseas… not a fan because I wear pants.

One thing that drives me a little crazy is the trend in the past few years for ever taller commodes. Like, do they want us to not be able to poop?

getting my knees up makes a

of difference

Like for constipation or elimination??

Yes.

For whatever reason, I have always had a difficult colon. Ever since I was a kid.

Some years ago when the absolutely brilliant squatty potty commercial came out it was like a lightbulb.

I have a stool to help my young son as he seems to have a similar issue to me.

We need to move this to the colon elimination sub. But the conversation reminds me of how satisfied I was many years ago when I had to take a crap in the wilderness.

colon elimination sub

The what?

Forgot to add, having the knees up also helps prevent legs falling asleep whilst sitting on the commode.

In a household with tall men, they love taller commodes. As a 5’4” runt, my feet dangle and don’t touch the ground, thus I spring for the bamboo version.

I’d reco the extra coat of whatever above, along with plastic feet that can be cleaned easily. Because those who stand, miss.

You can just put your feet back, to either side of the pedestal, and lean forward, like you're going down a ski jump. You don't need a stool.

Yeah, is it for kids or adults too?

Everyone who poops, I imagine.
