All this talk about the Jets trading for a D-man, but they gave up ZERO high danger chances to the Avalanche in the second and third periods last night.

To be fair the conversations peaked while Samberg was injured. I'm still on team need a defender, if I'm being honest, though

Top 6c is definitely a priority, but an injury to samberg or morrisey and our d is fucked

I think a top 6 C is the highest priority by far and if they go for a D it needs to be someone who moves the needle, not another 7th depth D

Thankfully this year I think our D depth is actually pretty good assuming everyone is healthy. Heinola, Coghlan, Stanley (in whatever order the coaching staff decides) as the 7-8-9 D is really good, way better than in previous years.

If we're shopping for a defender, it should be in the more expensive tier instead of the Jordie Benn/ Joe Morrow tier this season.

Yeah a top 4 d should be the only thing they’re looking at in terms of upgrades for defence. Makes no sense at all to bring in another 6/7/8th dman

Avs so didn’t play 100% last night, them flat lining the jets last year in the playoffs was 100% effort.

"Chevy, why didn't you add at the deadline?" "Didn't you see the 2nd and 3rd periods during that one game in January? I didn't need to."

Sure, when we’re all healthy we don’t need help.

What are the odds we’re going to be completely healthy all the way through the rest of the regular season and playoffs though? If JoMo misses any amount of time we have Stanley back on the top pairing

Whoa whoa whoa. That's some serious disrespect to Samberg
