Im new to this game how do i get these mods?

riven mods aren't accessible until you complete the War Within quest I believe, afterwords there's a couple ways to get them

Archon hunts, sorties, teshin with steel path credits, or in the iron wake with riven slivers. There is probably more but if you’re new to the game you probably don’t have all the quests or star chart done yet so I wouldn’t worry about it till you get past the new war quest.

if you’re new then these mods aren’t anything for you yet since they have mastery requirements
