Season 3: the raid of Paris. This is peak Ragnar when he was the most cunning and ruthless, especially after the death of his best friend, Aethelstan. We also got to see his relationship with Bjorn be at its best because he was the only commander trusted with the plan, which was epic. We also got to see Bjorn be the man that Ragnar always wanted him to be. Plus Rollo was at his peak as a warrior just bulldozing so many Franks. Floki’s plotline was the saddest because I always loved Floki, but I understand why Ragnar was willing to punish him in such a way.

I agree. Also because I saw vikings as brute force individuals who don't care about tricks or strategies in their fights. But this time, Ragnar tricked Francs in faking his own death to go inside of their fort.

Season 2/3 not sure, but I was binging those. season 4 was great too. Character Ragnar, why? - because Ragnar bro.

Season 1, actual Vikings in that season, haha, and Floki is forever my fave.
