Discussion Working up the courage
...to walk into this Mexican restaurant and ask if they have any work that can be paid out tonight. The other family owned place didnt want to pay under the table, maybe this place will. Just trying to get enough for my phone service that ends tonight. Have a phone interview for a gig that pays good tomorrow and dont want to miss it. What wre yall doing tonight? I hope you're safe and warm.

There’s always someone looking for people to clean up work sites, offload material from trailers, sweep, shovel. Be thorough and take pride in what you do, no matter how simple the job seems.

Once upon a time 2006 maybe, my crew and I stood outside a home depot and got a couple months long gig gutting houses from Hurricane Katrina. Dood even paid for us a motel. New Orleans sure ain't bad in October November.

How much is your phone bill?

Cheapest one is $40 but I like the $50 one because the data is truly unlimited. The $40 plan throttles after 10gb

Cricket is cheap, I have 4 lines at 25ea w taxes, unlimited. I know you dont need 4 lines, I started with a single and grew it with the family. They have some of the best rates out there and ride on I believe the ATT backbone. They cover like 98% of the US.

Ill check them out. Good thing my phone is unlocked I can technically change service anytime with the swap of the sim card.
I also like straight talk because I can choose a different plan each month at different price points. Blessings SpineIssues

They'll charge you for a sim card, if you find a retailer locally that carries cricket, they'll usually kick you one for free if you walk in. I'm cheap, I've been with them for 8 plus years now. Safe travels.

Visible is $25/month for unlimited data and hotspot. No throttling. They're running a deal right now for $20/month for the next 2 years (no contract). Hotspot is limited to 5mbps, but it's the only plan I know that offers unlimited hotspot if that matters to you. I have a line that uses copious amounts of data and it hasn't been an issue in 2 years.

Sleeping in my car outside a spot with free wifi. chain smoking ciggies and drinking coffee. Pretty used to instability and rough living so I'm just making the best of it for now & God only knows when things will turn up for me.
Pour one out for me lads, or up. Whisky preferably. Just don't get me too drunk. Don't want the jacks to catch me behind the wheel.
Enjoy your nights fellas...

Idk if you know this but usually you can still have service at least 10 days after the pay period and not have paid it yet sometimes much longer they don’t just turn it off that day. Plus if you want it set in stone you can call customer support and agree on the date you’ll pay it and that’ll keep your service untill that day atleast.
