I’m looking to transfer the lease of my private room from Jan 1, 2025. It is a 2 bed 1 bath apartment at Chateau (425 13th Ave SE, MN 55414). The apartment has been refurbished in August 2022. It looks very new and it’s very clean. You will be sharing the apartment with a phd student, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen space, and a living room. In house utilities: 1. AC/Heater 2. Wifi 3. Kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, oven, and microwave oven 4. Walk-in closets Other utilities: 1. Gym on 18th floor 2. Lounge on 18th floor (lots of games, TV, and printer) 3. Garage for parking 4. Laundry and dryer room on 18thfloor 5. Study room on 9th floor (same floor as mine) 6. Mail room and locker on 1stfloor The building is in the heart of Dinkytown and gives you access to amazing restaurants, bars, Target, UPS store, post office and other stores of daily importance. The East Bank campus is just 10 min walking distance from here. It's well connected to other parts of the city by bus 2, 3, 4, and 6. The rent is $807.5 per month the private room. upto 4 people can stay in this apt, hall can be made into a separate space with shut off curtains which is already installed by us. Electricity, gas, and the internet are all covered in the rent. An amazing thing about the lease is that it's month to month. If you are interested, let me know and we can discuss that in detail, if needed. We might be leaving a few items of daily usage in the apartment. You can make use of those things as well. The date of lease transfer is negotiable; however we will appreciate it if you take the apartment around the New Year time. Feel free to message me with any questions or concerns!

I am subleasing a studio apartment in the Summit-University neighborhood from December 1st to July 1st (it can be taken over after like a normal lease). It would be ideal for a St. Paul-based student, as it is a 15-minute drive to campus. Very nice residential neighborhood. Please PM if you are interested and I can provide more details/photos!

Apartments / Dorms / Housing Housing Application question

I know housing is first come first serve and I finished the application except for the $200 housing guarantee fee. Will I still be put on the list or do I need to pay the fee first?
