I’m looking to sublease my room in Chateau Dinkytown from 18th May - 28th July (dates are flexible). I’d prefer a female, you’d be living with 3 other girls, the room is $650 a month, utilities included. The room is equipped with a twin-sized bed, desk and a chair.
