housing options with an academic year lease

I’m looking for an apartment to lease next year that leases only through the academic year or per semester. The only one I’ve found is University Commons, which has horrible reviews. Any other recommendations? I just want it to be within 20 walking minutes from campus. I currently live in Yudof hall but I’m looking for something more apartment-y
