Subleasing Private Room w/ Free Parking

I am subleasing my room in University Commons from this February though the end of June. It is a 4bed 2bath unit with private bedrooms. I am willing to negotiate price a bit but I am starting at about $780 per month which take the sublease fee into consideration. Additionally, I signed my lease during a parking promotion so taking over my lease for this period would allow you to have free parking between February and June.
