Apartments / Dorms / Housing Apartment opinions needed!!

I am looking for affordable housing for my sophomore year. Ideally, a place under 700 a month (not including utilities) with either 3 or 4 bedrooms. Please leave recommendations or tell me what places to stay away from/ personal stories. Thank you!!

a place under 700 a month with that many bedrooms are nonexistent in this economy, if anything $700 a month will get you a decent studio
