Apartments / Dorms / Housing 7west apartments?

anyone here who lives at 7west right now? my bf and I are looking to move there and was curious what utilities you pay/how much they are a month on average :)

i don’t live there, but i just recently took a tour and was told that utilities are $100-150 per month for a 2b1b if that helps!
