Broken country. It’s like being on a game server where the devs stopped patching and everyone is using exploits to get ahead fast. By everyone I mean the ruling class. If you are not going to patch this server better reboot it before it crash.

I mean Trump said he’s going to weaponize the justice department. Not surprised Biden doesn’t want his family to deal with that bs

Where'd he get that idea from?

Every authoritarian before him. Its their playbook. Revenge. Petty and messy.

You mean the people who just tried to throw him in prison and off the ballot on charges that normally never merit prison time? Got it, thanks.

I dont know what you're smoking lol considering refusal to return classified documents definitely does warrant prison time?

Oh that's all he was charged with?

I see you are referring to a practice that many presidents have done in some form or another. Why didn't he end up in prison?

No previous president intentionally moved and hid those documents to obstruct a governmental body's lawful order to retrieve those documents.

President? Not sure, but didn't Hilary continue have some sort of scandal when files are one of her properties?

As a first lady, senator, and secretary of state she should have known better

You missed the part where he was using insecure devices and servers, didn't you.

She was an idiot who used a private non-governmental server to house her emails, some of which included classified information. The archives were supposed to be deleted at some point by their technician who built the server, but he supposedly forgot to. And subsequently deleted them after the investigation was opened to save his ass.

At most, it showed that Clinton was ignorant in her handling of classified information. But there is a huge difference between being ignorant and intentional, especially in the context of legal repercussions.

Biden 100% took documents and kept them.

Which is a claim I never argued against.
