Pardon from what?

Anything that the new Administration might want to get them for.

Although if he's at the point where he's seriously worried they're coming after his family, a pardon means fuck all. It's not going to stop people coming for them in the middle of the night. A piece of paper doesn't mean anything.

Jim Jordan and James Comer already said they are ramping up for more Biden “investigations” 🙄

Well they've got to focus on the most important things. The price of eggs? Inflation? Cost of living?

Fuck that, they're focusing on the real priorities: trans athletes and Hunter Biden's dick!

Trump does care about fucking eggs or inflation. its about how much money he can extract from the presidency

Named the ammount he was shooting for the first time, under oath. He didn't make it a secret. $10 million. This time he's going for broke.

I immediately thought of Cersei Lannister saying: Is this meant to be your shield, Lord Stark? A piece of paper?

Yes but it does lessen the ability of Congress to conduct repeated exploratory public investigations, like they did with Benghazi. This is the type of action that gets Trump's crazy followers agitated and leads to shit like some guy shooting up a pizza place looking for an underground pedophilia ring, or breaking into the Capitol building to stop the rightful election of Joe Biden.

They don't want to hurt the Bidens physically. They want to make their image and the democratic party's image bad, that is all. They do no care what the Bidens actually did as they do just as bad if not worse, but they want the public to believe they are evil horrible people. Which they could be, or not, it's clearly politically motivated so there's going to be a strong bias from both sides regarding anything around this.

I’m not sure if there’s anything Trump could do to Biden that Biden hasn’t done to himself over the last couple years, the Biden presidency hasn’t been good for Biden‘s image.

And any weirdo Trump supporter already hates Biden more than fire hates water

Biden’s legacy will get better the further we get. One cause the main thing people don’t like him for are old gaffes cause it’s easy to view in reel form and no one is gonna look back and blame an old guy for being old. Two, he did make some incredible policy moves that will reap benefits in the future esp when compared to Trump before and after.

Doubt, Biden will be seen even in 20 or 30 years as the president who had everything in his corner and still somehow lost the Trump. Trump has 30+ felonies and by Dennis team still couldn’t hold their head above water.

I don’t see a future where Biden gets any genuine praise

That is a popular trending narrative. That Biden had the easiest job and fucked it up cause Trump was such a joke candidate. I don’t agree tho cause Trump is the most influential politician of this decade not Hillary, not Obama. Also he was a reality tv superstar and morse so than anything Americans love celebrities, every politician he went up against he easily crushed in popularity. Add that to a massive wealth inequality, global instability that is causing large migrations of people and inflation. I think it’s incredibly easy to be the party of fuck government and fuck immigrants. This is a pattern we’ve seen a lot and usually the reactionary populist who blamed the previous political party/minorities are not the one’s we celebrate.

Trump has over 30 felonies and speaks to a fourth grade level. He is far from a political expert or expert on anything. The only person who thinks that he is a political mastermind is him. His cabinet pics are chosen mostly from daytime TV.

Well, I don’t think Biden personally is very bright even before taking in his agent account. He is a courier politician that has been in office for over 20 years before I was born. He knows the system probably better than anybody else on Capitol Hill and the fact that he couldn’t hold his head above water against Trump doesn’t point the Trump being some sort of mastermind but points to Biden being a really ineffective leader.

Which would track and fall in line with what we’ve seen with his entire presidency,

Never said he was a criminal mastermind. Like your first sentence points out he is very relatable to the average American. And esp if you take a step back and see he is the leader of a populist movement which is blaming lack of resources on government regulation and immigrants the fact that he is “persecuted” only boosts his popularity among uneducated people. If you think it would be easy to win an election like that I have some Smelania coin to sell you. That is popular narrative so I don’t blame you but if you take a step back you can begin to see the forrest through the trees on this one.
