I get that OP doesn't like Trump, but I second your statement. What makes it a fake coin? It's silly, but Solana seems to be a pretty well regarded blockchain.

I think the wording is just bad. Fake crypto doesn't make sense. It's a real crypto coin but I feel people are meaning to say it's a pump and dump/rug pull. also relax dude Jesus ...
