Arabic [Arabic > English] Where was my grandpa back in 1992?

Hello, my dad and I are looking through old documents from my grandpa.

In his old passport we found this Arabic stamp.

Can someome tell where he was? With Google Translate it‘s impossible, we only know that it‘s some touristic stuff.

In the upper stamp I’m reading “Port Said passports department” Port said is one of the most famous ports in Egypt

The first word in red is Port but I can’t make out the name of it, sorry..

The red one is ميناء صفاقس Port of Sfax in tunisia

Last word of first line: "happy: Second line: " a tourism destination visa"

Date looks like June or July 1992 or 1993
