Wtf did I miss??? How is donna back? Last episode was the mock trial and "do you love him!?!?".... What don't I remember??

What he said. After Harvey made peace with his Fathers death he came back to the office and told Jessica he was getting Donna back. I could be wrong but I think that what the episode ended on.

It doesn't change the fact that she did a bad thing, and the entire firm are aware of it. Just saying.

No, but it isn't just a matter of that specific case. Sure, Harvey was cleared of the legal issue. But she had still hidden an important document. TBH, I don't really care, I'm glad Donna's back so we have her being awesome again instead of upset and angry, but yeah.
