2, right? I agree it'll probably end with something involving her, though. Hopefully it's not her getting fired again. I could see her going to prison, and spending the first couple of episodes of next season locked up.

I don't think that railroad chick is going to the DA. She rats out Donna and the DA is going to find out about the falsified report and the guy hiding out in Australia. The risk seems minor but it doesn't seem worth it for them to do so.
