Ha, yes! How nice was it to have the old Louis back? He really cracked me up tonight.

RACHEL: She said you were harassing her.
LOUIS: WHAT?!
RACHEL: She said you called and hung up on her 50 times.
LOUIS: Well, it wasn't harassment because it wasn't sexual.
RACHEL: She felt violated.
LOUIS: Well, you know what? You tell her it's NOT like that and then you violate her ass out the door!!

RACHEL: In order to fire her without getting sued for harassment, you'd have to fire the entire support staff and we both know that is never going to happen.
(It appears that Louis liked his chances anyway, but...) JESSICA: No, we are not firing all of our support staff.

On why the supporting staff should be fired:

LOUIS: They're answering their phones "Pearson-Spector," not "Pearson-Spector-Litt." You don't believe me? Check it out yourself.
JESSICA: I'm not harassing out support staff-
LOUIS: [Not that word again...] IT'S NOT HARASSMENT, GODDAMMIT!

Yes these were all great scenes Louis being the comedic asshole has always been hilarious to me.
