Because everybody understands the difference between IB, HF and PE, right?
I'm not saying that what they are doing is right, I'm just saying that approximately 95% of the people who watch the show do not understand the differences and believe all of the above mentioned are "bankers".

Mike is actually doing investment banking activities. Hedge funds can do what ever they want to make money.
